An entrepreneur holding his MBA, Adam leads a talented team of knowledgeable and committed HVAC professionals servicing Morgantown and the surrounding areas.
Outside of business operations, Adam is a dedicated family man. He along with his wonderful wife, is raising 4 active children and their pets in the Cheat Lake community. They enjoy exploring the outdoors, traveling and supporting their kids in youth activities.

Richard Daff serves as the General Manager at Jackson Heating and Air, where he brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in the HVAC industry. He is a Certified instructor for both ESCO and NATE. Rich also graduated from WVU with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Throughout his career, Rich has developed a reputation for operational excellence and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Dan King is the Senior Service Technician at Jackson Heating and Air. He is NATE-certified and has worked in the HVAC industry for decades. His wealth of experience offers our customers a broad range of diagnostic abilities. He has been a valued member of our team for over 10 years.

Operations
Charlene Knoble handles logistics, and core operational functions at Jackson Heating and Air (JMD), where she has served for 10 years. A graduate of FSU with a bachelor’s in business/finance, she is responsible for the essential duties that keep the company running efficiently.

Kelly Moore, JMD’s Dispatch Manager, is the face of our company and our primary point of contact. With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Kelly manages all front-office tasks with precision and expertise.
